All services provided are subject to change/amendment per agreement and development of business needs which will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties which may or may not directly affect billing for the services rendered by Icre8group. With such development, Icre8group maintains the right to revisit this quote and make necessary adjustments.

Should there be need for termination of services by either party, a notice shall be given either verbally or written 14 days days prior. All required or pending services shall be rendered as normal within this period. All pending payments for the time period if any shall be paid in full.

An Invoice will be generated once client shows interest/indicates which of the items is best suitable to their need or in the case of a single item quote, invoice will be generated once quote is accepted.

Contents including but not limited to write-ups, articles and images will be provided by client except as otherwise agreed upon by icre8group and client.

This quote is excluding taxes and will be calculated on the invoice at 8.25% rate.

Payments are to be made at the beginning of every quarter.
