Payment is due within 5 days from date of invoice. Late payment could result in inability to meet project deadline and completion.

We require a 75% deposit upfront fee before work commences, and 25% balance once design has been approved by client.

Contents including but not limited to write-ups, articles and images will be provided by client except as otherwise agreed upon by icre8group and client.

Design duration is anywhere between 10 - 15 days and subject to availability of contents provided by client.

Design approval is no more than 3 days after design has been sent to client.

This invoice is including taxes and has been calculated at 8.25% rate.

Disclaimer: No refunds will be processed once design is approved by client, and only 30% of the initial 75% deposit can be refunded if there is a need for such and this can only be done before design is completed or approved by client.
